get in touch
The first step is to purchase a website package or fill out my enquiry form then we'll have a discovery call to go over the project & the exciting journey ahead. I will then send you a proposal detailing the project timeline, cost and package details. You can then pay your invoice deposit which will then start the onboarding process.

onboarding
In this stage, you will receive an invite to my Notion Client Portal where you can sign your contract. Everything you need will be in the portal for a streamlined process. You will then fill out an in-depth questionnaire about your business. I will guide you on copy, photography and what content your website will need to have ready to ensure we meet project deadlines and have a smooth process.

direction, design & develop
In stage 3 is all about brand discovery and creating, I will provide a creative direction presentation. With your feedback on this I will design a concept for your website homepage, once approved I’ll then design the other website pages. Once all concepts have been approved I’ll then develop and build out everything online. I will share everything I’m doing with you in the client portal for feedback and finalisation.
04

off-boarding
Once everything has been approved you will pay your final invoice (if on a payment plan) the site will be transferred over to you and you will receive an offboarding package in the client portal which will have some one-on-one training so you can get the most out of your brand-new site. This may be the end of the process but the start of your brand’s amazing journey! I’m so excited for you.
